Please read the following registration notes and then choose the appropriate form to fill out at the end.
If you register with the online form, you will have the option of paying with a credit card online through paypal, or mailing in your check, money order, or purchase order. Your registration will not be completed until your payment is received.
The following registration types must be mailed, and cannot be completed through the form below:
Group Rate Special
Register 10 or more staff and receive 10% off your total. To receive this special rate you must download the form and mail in your registration and payment. (Do not register with the online form.) All registration forms must be in one packet with one check.
Student Registration
Full time undergraduate students attending a Michigan university may apply for a stipend to help defray the costs of the two day conference. Undergraduate registration fee for the two day (Thurs./Fri.) conference is $50. Contact the student president of your local CEC chapter for more information. (Do not complete the online form.)
If you choose not to use the online registration form, you may download the form and mail in your registration and payment.

Payment and Cancellation:
Cancellations prior to February 13th are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation fees include fixed costs per person for the design and printing of the conference program, name tags, badge holders, memorabilia and pre-conference flyers. No refunds for cancellations after February 13th. Any refund of $20 or less will not be issued, unless requested.
Continuing Education Units
A participant can acquire up to 1.5 SB-CEUs. A .5 SB-CEU for the one day workshop and a 1.0 SB-CEU for the two day conference.
